The backpack radio is inprocess,here's specification:

Freq range：100KHz – 30MHz，no seprated，in 6 band

Ham band： 1.8 - 2.0 3.5 - 4.1 6.9 - 7.5 13.9 - 14.5 20.9 - 21.5 28 - 30 (GENE) 0.1 - 2.5 2.5 - 4.0 4.0 - 7.7 7.5 - 14.5 14.5 - 21.5 21.5 - 30 1st IF：43.6 MHZ 2nd IF：9 MHZ 3rd：455KHz
Function: AGC AGC OFF IF GAIN RIT SSB CW AM RX FM S meter RX power: 350ma output power: 25w

The major part that we are facing is the case, we want to build it very strong that we can use it outdoor and waterproof.

The battery we will put the new LifePo4 with 20ah, so that we can use it for quite a long time.

We are not planning for a UHF/VHF transceiver because there's a lot of handhold rigs that in this freq range.

We are also Hams, so we knew what rigs that we are looking for. This time we have a chance to build it, we will build it well, it will be a fun rig.
